c) Delays
We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. courier issues, customs delays, or force majeure).

6. Returns & Refunds
 
a) Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To cancel, please contact us via email with your order number and return the item in unused condition.
 
b) Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

c) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 7 working days to your original payment method.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
 
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
