REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 5 April 2025
At Tour Golf, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, receive a faulty item, or have an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
This Refund Policy outlines your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and explains how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Cancelling Your Order (Change of Mind)
If you are a UK or EU customer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel:

Email us at support@tourgolf.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and the reason for your return (optional).

Return the item(s) to us within 30 days of notifying us.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will:
Notify you of the outcome.
Issue a full refund (including standard delivery costs) within 7 working days.
Refund you via your original payment method.
Note: We are not obliged to refund any upgraded delivery services (e.g., express or next-day delivery).
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at support@tourgolf.co.uk with:
Your order number.
A clear photo of the fault/damage.
A short description of the issue.
We will either:
Send you a replacement (stock permitting), or
Arrange a full refund, including any postage costs incurred.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items unless faulty:
Worn or used golf gloves
Opened headwear
Customised or personalised items
Gift cards
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
7. International Returns
International customers are also entitled to a 30-day cancellation period. Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Any customs duties or taxes incurred upon return will be deducted from your refund.
