This Shipping Policy outlines delivery options, timeframes, costs, and other relevant details for all purchases made via our website: www.tourgolf.co.uk.
1. Dispatch Timeframes
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
If there’s a delay due to stock availability or an issue with your order, we’ll contact you via email as soon as possible.

7. Split Shipments
Occasionally, we may split your order into multiple shipments if items are located in different warehouses. You will only be charged one shipping fee.

Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following working day.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
8. Click & Collect / Local Pickup
We do not currently offer a Click & Collect service. All orders are shipped directly to your delivery address.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping fee.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
You can track your parcel using the courier’s website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Parcels:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please allow an extra 2–3 days and then contact us.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If you purchase a pre-order item or an item on backorder, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page. Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available.
If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately depending on availability and shipping method.
